The missing and murdered Indigenous Women human-rights crisis disproportionately affects Indigenous peoples in Canada and the United States, notably those in First Nations, Métis, Inuit, and Native American Communities. Indigenous Woman are murdered at a rate that is 10x higher than all other ethnic groups. More than half Indigenous Women fall victim to domestic violence.
